We do everything we can to make shopping on this site a pleasant experience; easy and worry-free. Please continue reading below for the full picture of the care we are taking with your shopping experience. It is important that you check these Terms and conditions each time you make a purchase, and they are subject to change without notice.
Buying off our site is designed to be an easy experience. Just browse our shop, click on the product you want to buy, check out the special offers for single, double or triple purchases in the Multipack drop down menu. You will see the saving you are about to make, this is shown as + £— ). Enter the quantity you wish of the multipack offer. Then just click on the ‘Add to Bag, this will put them into the shopping cart. At this point you can continue shopping, or go to checkout. Now you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to send your order. We use Paypal, as they make it easy for customers because they don’t need to re-enter their debit or credit card details every time they buy. Additionally, for your peace of mind Paypal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please print the order and send with the cheque or postal order payable to Nucleotide Nutrition Limited for the appropriate amount to:

We have a number of shipping options to suit your needs. Currently we have a special offer providing FREE packing postal services, which is Recorded First Class (a signed for service). There may be delay due to bank holidays etc. Occasionally when demand for a specific product is unusually high postage may delayed until new stock arrives. Outside the UK within the EU we charge a flat rate of £10.50 on each order to cover postage and packing.
For special delivery items within the UK we can track postage. If you are not in when the package is delivered the Royal Mail will usually leave a card letting you know where you can pick up the package. Nucleotide Nutrition Ltd does not accept responsibility for packages which have been delivered which you fail to pick up from the post office, should this occur.
If you live in an area where VAT is not payable (e.g. Channel islands), please let us know by emailing email@example.com after paying your order and we will refund the VAT to your credit card. We do not supply products outside of the European Union with the exception of the non-EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland.
There is no maximum weight limit for goods sent within the UK and EU. Goods are sent to you as soon as possible generally on the day of receipt Monday to Friday, but occasionally dispatch can take 2-3 days. We do not download or process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. If we cannot quickly supply your full order, we will supply those items in stock and the balance of your order as soon as the stock arrives. You can, of course, cancel the order if you wish before despatch.
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If there are any problems with any item we send you, please let us know, and we will put it right. All items returned unopened will be refunded in full.
If after placing the order you wish to cancel, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01299 405485. Please do this as soon as possible as we endeavour to despatch all orders the same day they arrive. You need not have any specific reason for cancelling and you will not be charged any administration fees. If the goods have been despatched we ask you not to open the package when it arrives. Can you then please return the goods according to our returns policy.
If you find the item is not suitable after you receive it, then send it back to us and we will give you a prompt and courteous refund of the price of the goods, but we do ask that you pay the return postage. We regret that we do not refund the cost of postage unless we have made a mistake with the order. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or damaged.
Acceptance of Orders
When you order online you will be sent an automated e-mail immediately to confirm that your order has been received at the web site. We will regularly download orders from the web site, and check them to see that we accept the orders. It is only at this point that your order is accepted by us. If for any reason we do not accept your order we will e-mail you. Please give your correct e-mail address, and do not block our replies with a spam filter, as otherwise you will not receive our e-mails about your order.
We try to keep all prices up to date, but if we have made a mistake and find the price of the goods are significantly different than the price on the shopping cart, then we will e-mail you and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the new price. Your order is only accepted once we agree that the prices are correct.
Pricing is in UK Pounds. We do not provide a currency converter, but you can obtain a good idea of prices in any currency by using the Universal Currency Converter. Remember this will not be exact, only a guide, as the actual conversion will be done by your credit card company.
