Take one or two capsules a day with food, or as your health practitioner advises.
Ensure your fluid intake is adequate. It is advisable to take the supplement with meals as this helps to remind you to eat regularly. NOTE: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

NuCell®IM does not have any known side effects and none were reported in the clinical studies.
However you are advised not to take NuCell®IM if you have gout, have an allergy to yeast, if you take immune suppression medicine or have had an organ transplant.
